Nature is supporting you.
On one level that’s an obvious statement. We are dependent on the air we breathe, water we drink, and the food we eat. Yet it’s become so easy to think water comes from faucets and food comes from packages.
I’m passionate about helping you recover an immediate and meaningful sense of nature being part of you and supporting you. That can mean:
You have the strength of a tree and companionship of a forest within you
You have the sun within you even in the darkest moments
You feel sustained even when hungry.
You feel protected
Like water, you can flow around any obstacle.

I’ve created this Creative Nature Qigong Meditation specifically as a practice for waking up in the morning. Imaging sitting on your bed with a glass of water by you. Before you launch into your day, take a moment to do this 12 minute practice and tap into all the support from nature that will help carry you through your big day.
